for some reason everytime i try to download wither an app pic or sound media file from site it return with error " download interrupted" and after the 3rd attempt it says " download failed" i hit ok and it asks if i want to connect to the helio portal, it appears that all i can download is from the helio site itself and now that i seen there is a lot more to offer for my helio in respect to apps games and music it is a huge let down being an all-in helio customer. If you have any advise please return me an e-mail on how i may resolve this situation as helio/virgin mobile has been no help at all. thank you respectfully Raymond Wegert disgruntled helio customer and user
